B. 3d rendering of project : Which you can use to help you visualize your new home or to advertise if you were to put home up for sale.

 

C. List of plans: Floor plans, Exterior elevations, Roof plan, Interior elevation cabinet plans, Electrical floor plan, and Site plan if survey is provided by client.  Plumbing plan is included with the floor plan Which shows all the plumbing fixtures.

 

D. A pdf file or digital copy of your plan. Which is setup to be printed at your printer. It is a D size sheet ( 3' x 2') usually printed on bond paper. Which will be emailed to you at the email you provide. You are authorized to print as many copies you need to build One Home. These plan are copyrighted and all laws apply.

 

E. Plans are for one design you choose from the ones we offer.

 

When you purchase Architectural package this is what is NOT included. But You can be ordered separately. Which you may need to get a permit depending on the jurisdiction you are in. A estimate price for each is quoted per client basis :

3. Standard specification Foundation plans. Engineered with best practices in mind but not formally sealed by an Engineer. These are great for when an Engineered is not required. These kind of foundations are done all the time successfully. Usually outside any municipalities jurisdiction as in the a County. Also generally referred to as the Country area.

 

4. Engineered foundation plans, some jurisdictions require a licensed structural engineer from the area.

8. As-builts / residential : This service provides a set of scaleable documents to use for renovation or documentation of a Residence.

 

9. As-builts / commercial : This service provides a set of scaleable documents to use for renovation or documentation of a Commercial project.

 

10. Site building adaptation : This service provide for an adaptation of existing plans to a new site or lot.

 

11. Standard specification Structural framing plans. Engineered with best practises in mind but

 

12. Engineered structural framing plans, some jurisdictions require a licensed structural engineer from the area.

 

13. Site plan : a plan showing your lot and your floor plan on it with various required items like a septic tank area, driveways, and easements.
