Alfred Arreguín’s passion for architecture ignited early, as he learned from legendary figures like Frank Lloyd Wright, Mies van der Rohe, Ricardo Legorreta, and I. M. Pei. After graduating from Durham College in 1989, he delved into the technical aspects of design, mastering computer-aided design and construction documents.

 

His practical experience grew through apprenticeships at Bruce Tschope & Associates and as a Lead Designer at Waterloo Custom Homes. He further honed his skills with additional studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

 

Arreguín’s career has spanned diverse projects in Texas and Louisiana. He has collaborated with renowned architects such as Bruce Tschope, Norcel Haywood, Richard Sanchez, James Kissling, Joe Stubblefield, Christopher Hill, Paul Mayeux, Joel Lee, Mills, Randy Bartholomew, Humberto Saldana, Henry Hernandez, Michael Imbimbo, Mark Neville, Davis Spinkle and Mel Lamp. And Engineers such, John Wilson,  Rosin Cook Engineers, South Texas Engineering Hardit Sing, and Brandon King with King Engineering.

 

A proud Texan and son of a U.S. military veteran, Arreguín remains dedicated to his community. He is an active participant in all phases of the design and construction process, ensuring the highest quality outcomes for clients.
